1Is a prior reservation required?
We have several hundred bikes and dozens of E-BIKES and kolobezka. But sometimes it happens that during the season, due to the high interest, there is a lack of equipment at peak hours. That is why we strongly encourage you to make a quick and convenient ONLINE booking.
2Can I use the attractions with the child?
Of course! Families with children usually choose shorter routes. We offer everything you need for a family bike trip - child seats, trailers, and small bikes.
3What if time is exceeded?
We have a modern service system. Each customer receives a card that calculates time, and it is the basis for bill settlement when returning equipment. If you decide to extend the trip, you do not have to worry about anything. The card will add an additional fee for exceeded minutes according to the current price list. You do not have to pay in advance for extra hours - you will only pay for the amount of time spent on a bicycle or other two-wheeler.
4Is a helmet required?
Caring for the safety of cyclists, we provide each customer with a bicycle protective helmet. We have models for both women, men and children. We recommend and encourage you to use helmets for comfort and safety.
